The 9.1 MW First Light installation is located on ~90 acres of land in Stone Mills, Ontario, and in its first year of operation is projected to generate more than 10 million kWh, enough electricity to power almost 1000 homes. The First Light Solar Park is the largest system deployed under Ontario's Renewable Energy Standard Offer Program (RESOP), and is considered a significant step in the growth of utility scale solar power generation in North America.
